Frost & Sullivan Recognises Enreach as Innovator in Its EMEA Customer Experience Platforms 2026 Frost Radar

CCaaS approach is commended for its relevance in enhancing customer service, improving efficiency, and addressing compliance needs

Enreach, a leading European Smart Contact provider, announced it has been featured in Frost & Sullivan’s recent report focusing on EMEA customer experience solutions vendors. Frost Radar: EMEA Customer Experience Platforms, 2026 independently evaluates 21 vendors currently serving Europe based on their growth and innovation capabilities. It analyses technology, go-to-market and compliance strategies as well as key trends, opportunities, and challenges facing suppliers that are looking to meet the growing demand for compelling AI-centric customer experience solutions.

The report highlights Enreach’s integrated approach to CCaaS, conversational and agentic AI capabilities, mobile innovation and European compliance posture. It also points to the breadth of Enreach’s Smart Contact portfolio and its ability to address different customer segments across Europe.

Key strengths highlighted in the Frost Radar, authored by Frost & Sullivan principal contact centre analyst Bernardin Arnason, include:

  • Integrated technology: Enreach’s CCaaS strategy unifies voice connectivity, Conversational AI, and CRM services into a single platform, designed to reduce agent workload and improve self-service capabilities.
  • Conversational voice capabilities: Enreach’s DialoX conversational voice capabilities enable the CCaaS platform to offer controls over autonomous agent behaviour, addressing one of the most common barriers to agentic AI deployment in regulated industries.
  • Mobility: Enreach's Smart Mobile solution embeds capabilities like call recording, transcription, and CRM integrations at the network layer, removing the need for apps or software on the device, and delivering compelling customer service tools for mobile-first users.
  • Regulatory expertise: Enreach’s platform is hosted in the EU, supported by a strong commitment around GDPR compliance, data residency and local operations, which is an important aspect for regulated sectors across Europe.

In his assessment of Enreach’s comprehensive portfolio, Arnason noted, “Enreach has assembled a broad portfolio of Smart Contact solutions that covers UCaaS, mobile convergence, cloud PBX, contact centre, and white label service provider platforms, all enabled with AI. This gives the company deep reach into small and midsize businesses, contact centres, and service providers, with unique value propositions for all.”

According to Alfred Nesweda, CEO of Enreach’s Contact Centre unit, ”This recognition reflects the direction we have taken with our contact centre portfolio by combining proven customer engagement capabilities, both inbound and outbound, with conversational and agentic AI to address the specific requirements of European businesses. Our focus is on making enhanced technology practical, helping organisations automate routine interactions, support their teams more effectively and deliver better customer experiences, while maintaining the control and flexibility they need.”
