The solution allows partners to streamline key operational tasks such as number assignment, call flow configuration, and ongoing administration. With secure, multi-tenant and role‑based access, Enreach partners can manage telephony services in a structured and scalable way. By combining Enreach’s telephony services, including its Microsoft Operator Connect offering, with Haptap’s management platform, partners can onboard customers faster, reduce operational efforts and scale their Teams Phone services more effectively.
