Enreach increases geographic focus and strengthens Contact Centre capabilities through strategic transaction with Telavox

Deal supports Enreach’s focus on its key customer segments in Europe 

Enreach, a leading European provider of smart contact solutions, has entered into an agreement with Telavox to further sharpen its Contact Centre proposition and geographic focus in the Spanish market. As part of the transaction, Enreach will acquire Numintec from Telavox in Spain. In parallel, Enreach will sell its business operations in Finland to Telavox. 

The transaction supports Enreach’s strategy to align more closely with its key customer segments in its core European markets: Small Business, Midsize, Contact Centre and Service Providers. By focusing resources and expertise in selected areas and regions, Enreach further strengthens its ability to serve customers and partners with tailored communications solutions, local market knowledge, and the benefits of an international European group.

Enreach Finland, which has built a solid position in the Finnish market serving enterprise-sized business customers with integrated cloud communications services, will move to Telavox.

The acquisition of Numintec will strengthen Enreach’s position in Spain, where the group sees clear opportunities to create a strong base for its continued European expansion in Contact Centre. Numintec brings an experienced team and a strong track record in the CCaaS sector.
