Enreach, the fast-growing European UC provider, strengthens its position in the European IT and telecommunications markets with the acquisition of M Mobility A/S (‘M Mobility’), a dedicated full-service provider of B2B telco solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (‘SME’) in Denmark. Founded in 2010, M Mobility provides telco services and hardware which are bundled together in customised solutions.

Enreach, the fast-growing European group backed by pan-European investment company Waterland, strengthens its position in the IT and telecommunications markets with the acquisition of Network Telecom, a leading telecommunications provider in the United Kingdom. Founded in 1997, Network Telecom provides business telephony, hosted voice, lines & calls, connectivity, mobile and IT services to approximately 2,000 small businesses across the UK.

Within Reach strengthens its position in the Dutch business IT and telecom market with the acquisition of Crystal Networks, a fastgrowing business communications provider from Houten. Supported by pan-European investment company Waterland, Within Reach invests in promising and innovative European telecommunications companies, such as Crystal Networks. Crystal Networks is a young and ambitious company with a lot of experience in the latest techniques in the field of telephony, IT and internet. 

Telecommunications provider Intercity Technology Netherlands will continue under the name Eazit. In April 2018, the Amsterdam-based company was acquired by Within Reach (WR), the fast-growing European group backed by investment company Waterland who invests in promising and innovative European telecommunications companies.

The fast-growing European group backed by pan-European investment company Waterland completed the acquisition of the Danish award-winning organisation ipnordic. The transaction further contributes to the growth strategy of Within Reach which invests in promising and innovative European telecommunications companies. The labels of Within Reach serve the entire business market through indirect and direct sales channels and contribute to the mission of enabling people within and across organisations to work together optimally through integrated communication and collaboration solutions.

The Within Reach Group (WRG) strengthens its position in the IT and telecom market with the acquisition of Intercity Mobile Communications B.V. (hereinafter referred to as 'Intercity Netherlands’), supplier of innovative IT solutions. Intercity Netherlands was founded in 1994 and is active as one of the first providers of mobile telephony for the business market with an explicit focus on SMEs.
