An opportunity for campaign optimisation 

Running a large number of B2B campaigns means the Markman Telemarketing are always looking for smarter ways to enhance performance. One common request from their customers was to connect telemarketing campaigns directly with their HubSpot CRM set-ups.  

This would not only enable campaign data to feed back into client databases, but also make it easier to create seamless omnichannel marketing campaigns using email, digital, and outbound calling. 


The Solution

Delivering a new omni‑channel service 

Markman approached the Enreach team to explore an integration solution. Together we designed and built the HubSpot - Outbound integration, tested it with pilot clients, and refined it based on feedback.

Seamless campaign execution that drives real results 

Before the integration, Markman used manual CSV uploads to transfer campaign data between systems. This could be time-consuming and prone to error. With the new set-up, lead data now flows automatically between the two systems, eliminating repetitive manual work and ensuring full transparency into campaign progress. 

Outbound continuously updates HubSpot with live lead data, ensuring the CRM is always accurate and current.  

In HubSpot, clients can also create workflows that automatically build lead lists and push them into Outbound campaigns for Markman’s agents to call. This functionality is ideal for campaigns such as following up on website visits, advert interactions, or email engagement, all within a single, connected system.  

As a result, Markman can now offer clients a fully integrated omni‑channel campaign service that enhances visibility across systems, and combines digital marketing and telemarketing in a single, cohesive solution.
