The DialoX platform and AI Marketplace are the Game-Changing Conversational AI Solution That SMBs Truly Need

The pace of innovation, the skill of the competition, and evolving customer requirements are significant barriers to success. This is precisely what happened to Enreach in recent weeks. We introduced our DialoX platform with the AI Marketplace to the industry four weeks ago, and the feedback from the market continues to be simply exhilarating. Designed to democratise Conversational AI for the underserved SMB sector, DialoX gives customers access to compelling, productivity-boosting AI tools that drive efficiency, enhance customer service, and lower operating costs. Most importantly, the AI Marketplace, a key part of DialoX, gives channel partners—who are facing an existential battle trying to remain relevant in turbulent times—an opportunity to create and monetise AI-centric solutions for their SMB customer base.
IDC Research Director, Oru Mohiuddin recently wrote an IDC Market Note entitled, Enreach's Unique Approach to AI Democratization Through its DialoX Platform[1], where she noted, “Through DialoX, Enreach has overcome one of the biggest hurdles in bringing AI to SMBs.”
Similar viewpoints were shared with other analysts that met with Enreach at UC EXPO, Europe’s largest business communications conference. Chief Product Officer Martin Classen and Head of AI Anne Bakker met with seven leading analysts, who were in fast agreement that the novel approach of providing channel partners with a tool to create and sell their own Conversational AI services made a lot of sense. One in particular, Jon Arnold, principal of Jon Arnold Associates, commented that “…giving the channel a solution that can help them stay relevant will be very well received….” Another, Alexander Michael from Frost & Sullivan, remarked that DialoX can satisfy a wide range of customer service, sales, accounting, HR, and other operational use cases.
Enreach received further validation from the industry at the beginning of November, when we hosted a call with six analysts who cover the enterprise communications sector. Once again, the DialoX platform and the AI Marketplace made a deep impression, with all the participants reiterating that they had not come across an AI platform like this one. Tom Brannen of OnConvergence wrote that he was impressed that DialoX “…adds value to your partners AND solves big problems for your joint customers.” Others on the call mentioned that the platform is indeed worthy of industry recognition.
It's certainly gratifying to bring a solution to market that is considered groundbreaking in terms of concept, execution, and delivery. The DialoX platform with its AI Marketplace has made a big impression on industry experts, and we expect it will be even more impactful with channel partners and customers.
