Bertrand Pourcelot, CEO of Enreach for Service Providers and CCA Board Member, will moderate the panel discussion, “The Power of an Open Best of Breed Ecosystem Approach.” The session on 17 June will examine how service providers can leverage modular, interoperable technologies to deliver greater flexibility and customer value.
Later that afternoon, Martin Classen, Chief Product Officer at Enreach, will join the session “European SMBs Digital Transformation Maturity Level and AI Adoption.” The discussion will examine the pace at which small and medium-sized enterprises are adopting AI-powered communication tools and what this shift means for productivity and customer engagement across the region.
“Our participation in the CCA European Summit underscores our ongoing commitment to shaping the future of business communications,” said Pourcelot. “In today’s geopolitical climate, where digital sovereignty and strategic autonomy are becoming increasingly important, the CCA provides an excellent platform for meaningful dialogue between European and US technology leaders.
