On 8 October 2026, Enreach for Service Providers welcomed its French-speaking partners to the Atrium Saint-Germain in Paris, a half-day event dedicated to innovation, collaboration and the future of business communications.
The event brought together partners including Spie, Beone, HubOne and Blue, alongside leading technology providers such as CloudCTI, Oracle, NewVoice, Snom, Yealink, HP Poly and Jabra.
The highlight of the event was the official launch of Enreach UP 3.0, a major evolution of the Enreach UP orchestration and conversational intelligence platform. Powered by the AIMI AI engine, this new release introduces a more intelligent approach to call management, helping service providers deliver greater value to their customers through automation, contextualised data and smarter conversations.
The new version is also set to be deployed in production as part of the Enreach UP Cloud offering by the end of October 2026.
From communications to intelligent conversations
As Bertrand Pourcelot, CEO of Enreach for Service Providers, explained, Enreach UP 3.0 ushers in a new era of intelligent conversations, where AI transforms voice interactions into valuable, actionable business data.
“This data needs to be enhanced, contextualised and leveraged in real time. To achieve this, with this release we are introducing an orchestration layer and opening the platform up to a broad ecosystem,” explained Outman Haytoumi, Product Strategy Director at E4SP.
This orchestration layer is central to Enreach UP 3.0. Combined with an open, technology-agnostic approach, it enables the platform to integrate with leading CRM solutions and connect communications more closely with the tools businesses already use.
The same philosophy extends to mobile communications, giving users greater flexibility and helping them manage customer interactions wherever they are.
AI-powered call management: Never miss a call
During the event, Jean-François Catz, Director of Product Innovation at E4SP, demonstrated the capabilities of MOBiiS, the mobile application, highlighting how AI can take over call handling to address three key business challenges:
Never miss a call: AI can answer incoming calls when users are unavailable, helping businesses remain accessible to their customers.
Save valuable time: Repetitive calls can be handled automatically, freeing employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
Improve customer service: Faster responses and more consistent call handling help deliver a smoother customer experience.
For service providers, these capabilities represent an opportunity to go beyond traditional telephony services and offer customers new, AI-driven solutions that address everyday operational challenges.
The potential is already being demonstrated in the field. Pierre Garcia, founder of Beone, shared insights from projects implemented by his company, confirming the practical value of AI in managing routine customer interactions.
“AI handles repetitive calls and answers immediately, without any waiting time.”
His recommendation to partners was equally important: test these solutions internally before deploying them in production for customers. By experiencing the technology firsthand, partners can better understand its capabilities, identify relevant use cases and build confidence in the solutions they bring to market.
An open ecosystem built for the future
Enreach UP 3.0 reflects Enreach for Service Providers’ broader commitment to an open, flexible communications ecosystem. Rather than limiting customers to a single technology environment, the platform is designed to work alongside the tools and services businesses already rely on.
This approach supports closer integration between communications, CRM systems and mobile applications, helping service providers develop solutions that are better aligned with their customers’ needs.
It also creates a foundation for continued innovation, allowing new capabilities and integrations to be introduced as business requirements evolve.
What’s next for Enreach UP?
Enreach for Service Providers also took the opportunity to share its product roadmap for the end of 2026 and the months ahead. The priorities remain clear: expand the ecosystem, strengthen the platform’s foundations and continue developing capabilities that create value for partners and end customers.
Several enhancements are already in development, including:
Microsoft Teams Companion mode, to further connect the Enreach UP experience with Microsoft Teams.
Provisioning via MCP, supporting new approaches to platform integration and automation.
More granular access permissions, giving businesses greater control over user access and administration.
WebRTC on mobile devices, extending browser-based real-time communications capabilities to mobile environments.
Enreach also plans to expand its support for messaging and video conferencing solutions, starting with Visio, the sovereign collaboration solution developed by DINUM, the French Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs.
These developments underline the company's commitment to delivering a flexible, evolving platform that can adapt to changing market expectations and emerging technologies.
Empowering partners to shape the future of communications
This event was more than a product launch. It was an opportunity to exchange ideas with partners, demonstrate innovation in action and explore how AI can create new opportunities in the business communications market.
With Enreach UP 3.0, Enreach for Service Providers is taking another step towards a future in which communications are not simply about connecting people, but also about making every interaction more intelligent, efficient and valuable.
For Enreach for Service Providers and its partners, the next chapter of business communications is already taking shape, powered by AI, enabled by an open ecosystem and designed around better customer experiences.
