Jabra headsets successfully pass interoperability tests with Enreach UP

Enreach for Service Providers announces successful Jabra headset interoperability testing – part of its expanded interoperability program and also evolving the partnership between the two companies.

Sophia Antipolis, France – September 18, 2025 – To address the growing complexity of hybrid work environments, Enreach for Service Providers is strengthening its equipment/devices integration approach by certifying headsets from Jabra, an established global leader in professional audio, video, and collaboration solutions. This certification ensures Jabra’s advanced compatibility with the Enreach UP platform, which delivers multiple UCaaS, CCaaS and other features.

This is part of Enreach for Service Provider’s expanded interoperability policy with a use-case-driven equipment validation program. As unified communications and VoIP have become integral to today’s digital workplace, Enreach for Service Providers is taking a new step toward interoperability, with a structured framework that now enables industrialised and repeatable testing of real-world functionalities. In turn, this supports the best possible user experience in increasingly fragmented communication scenarios.

This initiative responds directly to the challenges of mobility. In practice, users constantly switch between computers, smartphones, collaboration tools, and constrained environments. A headset must seamlessly handle multiple sources, avoid Bluetooth connectivity conflicts, and maintain consistent sound quality when alternating between a GSM call, a Teams meeting, or a customer interaction. Validation is therefore based on individual user scenarios.

For example, a sales representative should be able to switch smoothly from a Teams video call with their manager to a GSM call with a client (via Bluetooth on their smartphone), while still accessing a mobile ERP system. Poor device pairing prioritisation can otherwise lead to interruptions, missed calls, or desynchronisation of voice commands.

The tests covered several models from Jabra’s Evolve, Evolve2, Speak, and Speak2 product lines, widely adopted in hybrid work environments such as open offices, remote work, and field operations.

Test results are shared with Enreach’s partners to provide greater visibility into interoperability levels and to simplify product recommendations for end customers. This transparency empowers partners to confidently recommend the most suitable models, taking into account growing demands for audio quality, comfort, and ease of use.

This collaborative effort reflects the shared commitment of Enreach for Service Providers and Jabra to prioritising user experience, equipment reliability, and seamless integration into business processes, particularly in customer-facing sectors such as SMEs, service centres, and high-mobility environments.
