With a strong presence throughout the various European markets the group has now set its sights on the UK market with its latest acquisition. Network Telecom, based in England, is the latest business to be added to the group’s portfolio.

With its latest update to ISTRA, Centile sought to advance the evolution of workplace collaboration, adding a worthwhile business feature to its UC offering, ‘ISTRA Collab Business.’ The internal deployment, developed in partnership with VoiceWorks (a Within Reach Group company which acquired Centile) is for video conferencing.

In the past, resellers have encountered restrictions with UCaaS offerings, which Centile sees as a crucial roadblock for resellers that leads to limitations. As a result, they aim to turn resellers into service providers, and in doing so, Centile’s UCaaS offering is simple to differentiate, especially amongst a sea of solutions that for the most part appear the same.

The UC market at large now faces a new personality which could hardly be more different from the familiar user profile. Although wildly dissimilar, they are tipped by Paul Taylor, Sales and Marketing Director Voiceflex, as the driving force behind a developing UCaaS market upsurge.
