At our Partner Event held in Cannes and virtually in November 2021, we organised a roundtable with four of our service providers, representing Canada, France, South Africa and the UK. During the session, the panel looked back on the challenges of 2021 and how they see the UCaaS market moving forward this year. This was a frank discussion behind closed doors, so for the panellists’ privacy, their comments are reported anonymously.

Our in-person and virtual partner event towards the end of last year gave us a chance to hear from service providers, analysts, media and colleagues from all over Europe what they believe 2022 has in store for the UC industry.

Enreach has revealed a unified platform that brings together technologies from the businesses it has acquired across Europe. The new platform was unveiled at the Enreach bi-annual event in Cannes which was attended by over 100 service provider partners.

As we prepare for 2022, it is an excellent time to reflect on 2021 within the Enreach for Service Providers community and the implications for next year. Against a backdrop of continuing global challenges, our partners not only survived but thrived, helping their customers to carry on working and communicating, even during difficult times.

Enreach, a leading European unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) provider, showcased their suite of solutions at the recently concluded MWC 2021, the first MWC where the company exhibited under the Enreach label. The Fast Mode spoke to Bertrand Pourcelot, Managing Director of Enreach for Service Providers in a brief interview on his experience at the event, Enreach's 'mobile-first' showcase theme and his future outlook for the telecoms industry.

Meetings are more than the time spent in them: encourage people to do pre-reads so that everyone can jump into the topic quickly.
